Agree on what will be checked before the order is placed. A catalogue row identifies an option, but it does not replace a purchase specification.

Before ordering: record the exact material, listed width × length, color, quantity unit and packing. Ask for the dimensions and tolerances that matter to your installation, and confirm the final sample or drawing where needed. If a certification or performance test is required, identify the test method and acceptance criteria with the supplier; do not infer compliance from a product photo or a material name.

At receipt: compare the order, packing list and labels. Check that the material/size reference, number of cartons, bags per carton and pieces per bag match the agreed order. Inspect accessible packaging and samples for visible damage or discrepancies. Keep a record of the lot or batch identification provided by the supplier and photographs of any issue.

For dimensional or functional inspection, use the method, sampling plan and acceptance limits agreed before purchase. The supplied EYY quotation sheets do not state dimensional tolerances, tensile-strength thresholds or a maximum bundle diameter. This guide therefore does not create pass/fail limits that the parties have not agreed.

Treat the sheet’s bag weight as “Weight / bag” with net/gross basis unspecified. Request confirmed shipping weights separately. If a discrepancy is found, send EYY the order reference, affected material and size, quantity, photographs and measured results, together with the agreed specification. Confirm the next step before accepting a proposed substitution.
